Hazlehurst Court Care and Rehab is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team for 5 days a week from 8:30 to 5. The role focuses on developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans to meet resident needs and to support daily unit operations under the direction of the Unit Director.

Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred. The position emphasizes leadership, staff orientation, and coordination of care in a long-term care setting.

Competenze

• LPN or RN licensed registered in state boards.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred.

Mansioni
