Job summary

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is seeking an LPN to provide short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Working with the Unit Director, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and supervise nursing staff on your shift.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved LPN program and currently licensed by the Georgia State Board of Nursing; experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
Currently licensed by the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
Manage daily unit operations per shift and assume leadership as needed.
