Hazlehurst Court Care & Rehab seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN to provide compassionate care in a short-term and long-term care setting. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and document patient activity while coordinating with nursing staff and physicians.

The role emphasizes leadership on shift, adherence to state and federal guidelines, and ongoing professional education to enhance patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care per shift.
• Administer medications and treatments with proper documentation.
• Maintain and update clinical documentation related to patient activity.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and participate in care plan meetings.
• Assist in rounds and physician examinations as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of CNAs and other LPNs to ensure quality care.
