Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate will support the PT in delivering therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and functional independence for residents.

Licensure as a PTA in the practicing state is required, with preference for SNF experience. A sign-on bonus is offered to qualified applicants who join our geriatric care team.
