Job summary

The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility in Tennessee. You will assist with therapies to improve mobility, manage pain, and promote overall wellness for our residents.

Applicants must hold an active PTA license in Tennessee, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and be passionate about geriatrics. A sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.
