Job summary

Qualified candidates must hold a state PTA license and be capable of evaluating and treating residents independently, with a passion for geriatric care.

• Active PTA license in state of practice.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
