Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will support the treating PT, assist with therapies to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote residents' overall wellness.

Candidates must hold a PTA license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and demonstrate a passion for geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license in the state of practice.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
