Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. The PTA will support the PT, deliver therapeutic interventions, promote mobility, and enhance residents’ quality of life in a geriatric setting.

Qualified candidates hold a state PTA license, with SNF experience preferred but not required. The position offers a sign-on bonus and a collaborative, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state PTA license (licensure in practice state).
• Experience in SNF preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
