Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will hold a Tennessee PTA license and be able to evaluate and treat residents independently, with a passion for improving mobility and comfort in a geriatric population.

Assist the PT with therapies designed to promote mobility, relieve pain, prevent disability, and support overall fitness within the SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee PTA license.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently.
• Interest in geriatric care and functional activities.
• SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility.
• Relieve pain and prevent permanent disability.
• Promote overall fitness and wellness for residents.
• Work within a skilled nursing facility to support geriatric residents.
