Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our geriatrics-focused team in a skilled nursing setting. The role supports the PT with mobility-centered therapies, aims to reduce pain, and promote residents' functional independence on a flexible PRN schedule.

Candidates should hold a Tennessee PTA license, enjoy working with seniors, and be capable of evaluating and treating residents with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must possess license in the state of practice (TN).
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Passion for geriatric population.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Promote fitness and wellness for residents in a skilled nursing facility.
