Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our skilled nursing team. The PTA will assist the physical therapist with treatments designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote functional independence for residents.

Candidates must hold a Tennessee PTA license, be able to work independently without direct supervision, and demonstrate a passion for geriatric care. SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications
