Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our PRN roster in Sanford, FL. Provide skilled geriatric therapy in Assisted Living settings with autonomy and support from a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
