Sobe Innovative Rehab in Longwood, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide geriatric therapy in an Assisted Living setting.

This PRN role offers flexible visits, a single site, and the opportunity to contribute to residents' mobility and independence while collaborating with physicians and care teams. Pay is $50 per treatment (5-unit visit); clinical autonomy is balanced with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
