Sobe Innovative Rehab in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage. You’ll provide geriatric therapy at a single Assisted Living location, earning $50 per treatment (5-unit visits).

Flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy support high-quality care for residents aging in place. Requirements include an Associate degree and active Florida PTA license; two years of clinical experience are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
