The position offers full-time benefits with a Monday-Friday schedule and a focus on collaborative care within the PACE clinic. Candidates should have an accredited PTA program diploma and state licensure to practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist participants with strength, balance, mobility, and functional training.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor participant progress and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Document treatments and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary PACE team.
