Majestic Care Toledo is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and deliver high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will implement individualized plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote residents’ independence in a geriatric setting.

Competenze

• Associate degree in PTA program from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as PTA is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PDPM and SNF therapy documentation standards is a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver physical therapy interventions as outlined in the treatment plan by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities to improve strength and independence.
• Monitor resident responses during treatment sessions and communicate progress, concerns, or changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Support resident and family education under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
