Independence Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support geriatric patients in our Four Corners Regional clinic in Blanding, UT. This full-time role emphasizes mobility, balance, and functional training with collaboration from a PT and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Utah PTA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Treat a medically complex geriatric population with mobility goals and functional training.
• Lead gait, balance, and strengthening sessions.
• Collaborate with PT, nursing, OT, and speech for holistic care.
• Support residents through mobility milestones and daily activities.
• Help reduce fall risk and promote independence in activities of daily living.
