Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide personalized physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients. You will work under a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, independence and safety while following patient-centered treatment plans.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
