Qualifications

• Two years of experience with frail/elderly population.
• PTA associate’s degree from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license or proof of license eligibility.
• Experience treating frail elderly with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Rehabilitation IDT to implement care plans.
• Provide restorative and rehabilitative PTA services at center and in participants' homes.
• Maximize independence and safety; develop or restore function.
