Job summary

Edge Recruitment Solutions represents a healthcare organization launching California's first PACE program. They seek a Physical Therapist with 2+ years' experience with frail and elderly populations.

You will perform PT assessments in facility and home settings, participate in IDT meetings, deliver and document interventions, supervise Therapy Assistants, and train staff and caregivers in equipment use. Salary up to $136,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with frail and/or elderly populations.
• Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Experience supervising therapy assistants and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments in facility and in participants' homes.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
• Deliver and document PT interventions per physician orders.
• Provide active and passive exercise, gait and ADL training.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and train staff and families in equipment use.
