Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver patient-centered therapy to adults and geriatric patients in Virginia. You will assess, plan, and implement treatments to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and independence.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to support recovery and functional independence in older adults.
• Help patients restore functional mobility and safely perform daily activities with confidence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to drive meaningful outcomes.
