Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed PTA to provide compassionate, patient-centered physical therapy for adults and seniors. You will work under a supervising PT to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or license-eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care & improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans supporting recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehab goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement, endurance, and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
