Job summary

Theradynamics in New York is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for the PACE program to provide comprehensive PT evaluations and treatments in a community-based setting. You will prevent falls, optimize mobility, manage pain, and help participants maintain independence while staying in their communities.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for New York State PT license.
• Interest in geriatric care and community-based health.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
