Job summary

TheraDynamics, a therapist-owned rehabilitation company in the Tri-State area, seeks a Physical Therapist for its Skilled Nursing setting. You will evaluate and treat patients recovering from surgeries and medical events, designing individualized plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to maximize independence.

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in PT from an accredited program.
• Current New York State PT license or eligibility.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged; mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help patients return to their highest level of independence.
• Maintain a manageable caseload and apply sound clinical judgment.
