Job summary

Theradynamics in Pennsylvania seeks a Physical Therapist to join the PACE program, building lasting therapeutic relationships with elderly participants and helping them maintain independence in their communities.

You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations and treatments, focusing on fall prevention, mobility optimization, pain management, and functional maintenance. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, social workers, and OTs will shape holistic, community-based care plans.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s degree in PT from an accredited program or equivalent.
• Current PA state PT license or eligibility for licensure must be maintained.
• Interest in geriatric care and community-based health.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
