Job summary

TheraDynamics in New York's skilled nursing setting seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.

You will develop individualized plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help patients return to their highest level of independence in a supportive environment that values mentorship and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for New York State PT license
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and help patients return to their highest level of independence.
• Caseload will be manageable, and clinical judgment will be respected.
