Fusion Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to lead daily operations at our Concord and Allenstown, NH locations. You will oversee clinical staff, manage patient care, and ensure high-quality outcomes while driving growth and program initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a PT in geriatrics, strong leadership, and a commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care. NH license required and Be part of Engage’s supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a physical therapist in a senior therapy setting.
• Leadership experience in a clinical or multi-site setting.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of clinics, including growth and profitability.
• Mentor clinical team and manage patient caseload.
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions and develop care plans.
