Job summary

Fusion Physical Therapy Partners is expanding its Engage Senior Therapy team in North Andover, MA. We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based, geriatric care across independent living and memory care settings.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatments, hands-on interventions, and fall-prevention strategies, with EMR documentation and teamwork with a supportive clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility).
• Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care to a geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess strength, balance, mobility, pain, and functional impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.
• Deliver hands-on interventions including therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy techniques.
• Promote resident safety and fall prevention through assessments and education.
• Provide care across one or more assisted living communities with strong communication to residents, families, and care teams.
• Educate residents and caregivers on home exercise programs to support long-term independence.
• Maintain timely documentation and monitor progress using EMR systems.
