FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our geriatric care team in Piscataway, NJ and the surrounding area. You will visit patients in their homes and deliver evidence-based therapy with an autonomous schedule.

As part of a private practice of independent PTAs, you’ll provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults, helping them become stronger and live better longer. You’ll collaborate with clinicians and manage your caseload with professional independence.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults.
• Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults.
