You’ll visit patients for Geriatric House Calls™, delivering evidence-based therapy and helping older adults stay strong and independent on your own schedule.

The role emphasizes autonomy, ongoing professional growth, and collaboration with FOX clinicians. A PTA license, degree from an accredited program, CPR certification, and basic computer skills

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited program and license or eligibility in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Basic computer literacy and reliable, compassionate patient care.
• Ability to manage scheduling and caseload autonomously.
• Demonstrated integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
