Job summary

Adoration Health is expanding in Tarboro, NC and seeks a Physical Therapist for a full-time role at Barlcay House at Tarboro. The position emphasizes one-on-one patient care, flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team environment.

You will perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, regularly re‑assess progress, and participate in discharge planning while collaborating with the care team. A bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, an active license, CPR certification, and TB testing

Qualifications

• An experienced PT focusing on empowering clients with strength and independence.
• Familiar with Independent Living, Assisted Living, Geriatric and/or Outpatient Settings.
• Values flexibility, autonomy and providing personalized one-on-one care.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations, make safety recommendations and provide education resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved outcomes.
