Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state license as Physical Therapist.
• Current Live CPR Certification.
• Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics and/or home health.

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team.
• Supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
