Qualifications
Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT.
Previous experience in a mental health role, preferably in a geriatric or long-term care setting.
Strong understanding of age-related mental health issues.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual counseling for depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and facility staff for integrated care.
Respond to emotional or psychological crises with immediate intervention.
Ensure compliance with ethical, state, and federal guidelines.
