Qualifications

• PMHNP completion and ANCC certification required.
• Active DEA license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Current NP license in practicing state required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds and manage psychiatric care in SNF, LTC, AL and IL.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, referrals, and facility staff for coordinated care.
• Assess and manage residents' mental health needs; perform exams and histories.
