Job summary

Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide geriatric mental health services across SNF, LTC, AL, and IL communities, working with a collaborative care team to ensure continuity of care.

You’ll influence patient outcomes through evidence-based psychiatric care, supported by data-driven tools, CME opportunities, and strong administrative backing, with travel to facilities required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and ANCC PMHNP certification.
• Active DEA license and current NP license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric care rounds in SNF, LTC, AL, and IL settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and facility staff for coordinated care.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage residents' mental health needs and medical histories.
• Order tests, interpret results, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient/family education.
