Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
• Board certified in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine.
• Valid, unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Minimum of two years in senior value-based care.
• Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Associate Medical Director.
• See an average of 15 patients daily.
• Work on-site at the Orange City clinic.
