Conviva Primary Care, a Humana subsidiary, seeks a Primary Care Physician for our Ormond Beach, FL clinic. You will report to the Associate Medical Director and work on-site with a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities include patient visits (about 15 daily with 45-minute appointments) and comprehensive geriatric care. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered within Humana’s growing Primary Care Organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold MD or DO and be board certified or eligible in geriatrics, family medicine or internal medicine.
• Florida license or eligible to obtain one.
• Current, unrestricted DEA license.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care to adult patients, including preventive care and chronic condition management.
• See approximately 15 patients per day with 45-minute appointments.
• On-site clinic duties at Ormond Beach, FL.
