Job summary

ArchWell Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its outpatient centers dedicated to seniors. This role focuses on patients aged 60 and older, with clinic hours Mon-Fri and no weekends or extended hours.

You will work with a small panel and a full supportive care team, utilizing a cloud-based EMR and state-of-the-art facilities. The compensation package includes base salary with a quality-based bonus, comprehensive medical benefits, retirement plan, CME, and PTO.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. graduates.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required.
• Active, non-probationary Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients aged 60 and older in outpatient clinics.
• Collaborate with a full support team to spend time with each patient.
• Adhere to clinic hours Monday–Friday with no weekends or extended hours.
• Utilize cloud-based EMR and modern technology.
