Job summary

ArchWell Health in Phoenix is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its outpatient centers dedicated to seniors. This is an outpatient role treating patients 60 years and older with clinic hours Monday through Friday, no weekends or extended hours, and small panel sizes plus a full supportive care team to focus on patient relationships.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Arizona medical license active or ability to obtain.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care for patients 60 years and older.
• Maintain small panel sizes and build strong patient relationships.
• Collaborate with a full supportive care team to optimize patient care.
• Utilize cloud-based EMR and state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
