Job summary

ArchWell Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its outpatient centers dedicated to Seniors. The role focuses on patients 60 and older in a warm, patient-centered environment with no weekend hours and a supportive care team.

You will practice in a state-of-the-art facility with cloud-based EMR and opportunities for a base salary plus bonus based on quality metrics. Applicants must be MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in IM or FM, and hold or be able to obtain AZ

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate required.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics welcome but not required.
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain licensure required.

Qualifications
