Qualifications

• Master's Degree in NP from accredited program.

• NP licensed in NC and Board Certification (ANCC).
• Ability to learn, teach and research; team-based care within PACE model.

Responsibilities

• Performs health histories, physical exams and patient teaching.
• Orders, interprets, and follows up on lab tests and results.
• Initiates and manages medication orders within physician-approved protocols.
• Coordinates direct participant care under supervision of Medical Director/PCP.
