ReMind Health, LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide geriatric psychiatry services in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and related settings. The provider will perform in-person rounds on weekdays with a flexible schedule and maintain timely charting while collaborating with the clinical team.

The role offers a full-time W2 salary with an incentive bonus, annual pay range of $115,000 to $125,000, and paid time off.

Formación

• PMHNP with full, unencumbered AZ state license.

Responsabilidades

• In-person rounding MWF (approximately 2–4 hours of rounding per day).
• Timely charting.
• Flexible schedule with ability to round morning or afternoon on rounding days.
