Curana Health is seeking an experienced physician to round and manage clinical care for geriatric patients in partner facilities across multiple nursing settings. You will travel to facilities 4 days a week and serve as interim Medical Director as needed, collaborating with facility staff and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Board-certified in Internal or Family Medicine with unrestricted licenses (NC and AZ) and the ability to obtain additional licenses within 90

Formación

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted licensure in North Carolina with ability to obtain additional licenses within first 90 days.
• Unrestricted licensure in Arizona with ability to obtain additional licenses within first 90 days.
• Ability to travel frequently to partner facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Round and manage clinical care for geriatric patients in partner facilities.
• Travel to facilities to provide medical coverage 4 days/week.
• Serve as interim Medical Director in partner facilities.
• Build relationships with facility staff, administrator and nursing director.
• Engage with the multi-disciplinary care team to address quality of care and patient needs.
• Complete timely documentation and billing for services per policy.
• Respond to daytime calls from the facility when not present.
• Assist with transition to permanent Curana provider(s).
• Serve as a model and representative of Curana Health at all times.
