Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks a part-time to full-time Advanced Practice Provider to deliver primary and urgent care in a Pennsburg nursing center. You will work with the leadership team to meet center goals and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Required qualifications include NP with a Master’s in Nursing or ARC-PA PA program, state licensure, and experience with adults/geriatrics. DEA, and access to UpToDate and Nabla AI support are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing and an Older Adult and/or Family NP focus.
• PA candidates must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and be PA-C with state licensure and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care for nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to achieve goals.
• Support patients with high-quality health care and compassionate service.
