Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice PTA treatments under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Provide treatment by following goals set by the PT.
• Provide feedback to supervising PT via documentation as required by policy.
• Maintain timely, accurate progress notes and patient records.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
• Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA, and Residents' Rights policies.
