Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Florida PTA license/registration.

• Proficient in documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Provide comprehensive treatment and document patient progress weekly.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure patient-centered care.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
