Total Care Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join its Lansing team. You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain independence for residents in assisted living communities.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a supportive interdisciplinary team, and opportunities for growth as TCT expands in Michigan. Previous geriatrics/home health experience is valued, with supervision of PTAs and documentation

Formación

• Geriatrics experience or interest preferred.
• Home health or assisted living experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments including exercise, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and mobility interventions.
• Reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Supervise PTAs in accordance with state regulations.
• Complete timely documentation in EMR.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy plans, home exercises, fall prevention, and safe mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Maintain a productive clinical caseload while delivering quality therapy.
