Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in physical therapy with licensure in state of practice.
• Current/temporary Physical Therapy license required.
• BLS certification must be current before independent patient care.
• Six months to one year clinical experience preferred in adult/geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
