Theradynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned team in an assisted living setting in New York. You will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, and deconditioning, and develop individualized plans to promote functional outcomes.

You will collaborate with nursing, physicians, and families to support their return to the highest possible independence while managing a reasonable caseload and benefiting from mentorship

Formación

• Licensed PT in NY or eligible to become licensed.
• DPT or Master’s degree from an accredited PT program.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Play a direct role in helping patients regain independence and manage caseload with sound clinical judgment.
