TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-owned rehabilitation team serving the Tri-State area. You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for Connecticut State PTA license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship provided.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help patients return to their highest level of independence.
